Hi Coach,
I don’t seem to get wet enough during sex, even when I want to be intimate with my husband. And this makes penetration uncomfortable. I’m worried about this. What can I do? I want to enjoy sex.
My Response:
This is one of the most common concerns I hear from women.
When a woman says, “I don’t get wet,” the first response she usually hears is,
“Use a lubricant.”
While lubricants can be helpful in certain situations, that’s not how I’d recommend you handle the issue.
Ladies, I need you to understand this,
When you don’t get wet, your body is trying to tell you something
Several factors can affect a woman’s natural lubrication, including stress, distraction, anxiety, pressure, hormonal changes, certain medications, and some medical conditions.
So the question isn’t, ‘’How do I get wet?”
It is, “What is my body trying to tell me?”
Could your body be saying:
“I’m stressed.”
“I’m distracted.”
“I’m exhausted.”
“I need more time to become aroused.”
“Something important is missing.”
When you immediately go for the lubricant, you miss the message your body is trying to communicate.
And until you understand that message, you can’t resolve the problem affecting your arousal.
So what can you do?
I expand more on this concern by sharing 2 ways you can explore RIGHT NOW to feel more aroused and get wet. Listen to the full conversation below
